Solicitations

Soliciting within the community is prohibited.

Signs are posted at the vehicle entrances to all areas of the community stating that solicitations are not authorized.

Should sales people or other solicitors approach you, you have the right to ask them to leave the neighborhood. If they do not, you can call the Loudoun County Sheriff’s non-emergency number at 703-777-1021 to report the disturbance.

Real estate directional signs, rental signs, or any other signs are not allowed on common areas in the community without prior approval of the Architectural Review Committee.

“Open House” signs are approved as long as they are removed after the open house period ends.
