Pets

No animals, livestock or poultry or any kind shall be raised, bred or kept or maintained on any Lot; however, except that dogs and cats or other household pets may be kept provided that they are not raised, bred or kept for any commercial purpose. Pet owners will be responsible for cleaning up the waste created by their pets in the Common Area. Owners shall be permitted to walk their pets within the Common Area only on a leash.

Repositories for pet waste are located at several locations throughout the community. Waste should be tied within an appropriate bag and placed inside the receptacles. To report an issue with a repository please contact SFMC.

Residents who do not clean up after their pets are subject to fining.
