Jan 2021 Parking Notice – Partnership with OnlineParkingPass.com

Dominion Station is pleased to announce our partnership with Online Parking Solutions @ https://dshoa.netparkingpass.com.

• Enrollment in the new Online Parking System is not mandatory!
• Registration is open NOW!
• You must complete the registration to avoid towing enforcement scheduled to begin 18 JAN 22.  This is for all vehicles parked in an Open or Visitor Space throughout the community.
• Only one account per address.
• Each Owners vehicle registration is $11/year.
• OnlineParkingPass will review and approve permits ensuring they meet ALL requirements.

Open & Visitor Space Hang Tags:

• One Open Space Hang Tag is available for purchase after a resident has registered at least two Resident vehicles.
• Only Registered Vehicles can park in an Open Space.
• One Visitor Hang Tag per townhome is available for purchase.
• Homeowners on Baggett & Thompson Square are NOT allowed to purchase a Visitor Hangtag (due to not having any Visitor Spaces along their two streets).
  • Note; If a Hangtag is purchased, the tag will be deleted, and no refund will be issued by Online Parking Solutions.
• Each Hang Tag is $19/year.
• All hangtags must be activated with correct vehicle information prior to usage for overnight parking.
• When parking in an Open or Visitor Space your vehicle must be registered using either ONLINEPARKINGPASS app (for Android Users) or the https://dshoa.netparkingpass.com website for (iPhone User)
• Vehicles can only be registered for a maximum of 72 hours.  Vehicles parked in an Open Space can re-register their vehicle if they will continue to park beyond the 72 hour time period.
• Residents parking in an Open Space MUST Park in the blank spaces throughout the community.
• Visitors MUST Park in spaces marked visitor ONLY.

Registration:

• Type dshoa.netparkingpass.com in Browser Address Bar. (DO NOT ADD WWW)
• Have your Resident Reserved Space Number (Non-Garage Units Only). This number will go under “Assigned Locations” when completing your registration.
• Property Password (required during registration) is: “clubhouse”.
• Complete registration and begin submitting your request for hangtags and registering your residen vehicles.

Replacement:

• If you lose or need to replace your Open Space Hangtag and/or Visitor Hangtag you must pay $35 in order to receive a replacement.
• Once replaced, your original hangtag’s RFID chip will be de-activated and can no longer be used on the property.

Hang Tags Delivery:

• You will receive your hang tags approximately 15 days after registering.
• Once approved, hang tags will be mailed directly to your address via US Postal Service.

Towing:

• Any vehicle in violation of the parking rules and regulations may be towed without notice, at the owner’s expense.
