Snow Removal

Snow management in the private streets and parking areas is the responsibility of the Association and is typically initiated when there is an accumulation of three or more inches of snow. Sanding and ice treatment is applied as necessary. Snow management on sidewalks is not currently included in the assessment and owners are requested to clean main walks between their property limits. Snow removal and ice treatment of your sidewalk is a homeowner responsibility. Products such as rock salt, table salt, or sodium based will harm concrete, turf, and shrubbery.
