Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Open Forum

Homeowner Padraic McDermott was in attendance to request the Board authorize a Traffic Calming Study for Magnolia. This would require the Board send a letter to the County Supervisors Office requesting this be done.

Homeowner Aaron Harris requested the Board consider engaging another tow company.

Minutes

A motion by Payne to approve the August 24, 2010 Board of Directors Meeting minutes was seconded by Whitehead and carried unanimously.
