November 30th, 2010 – Organizational Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to elect the officers of the Association.

A motion by Whitehead to elect Harry Anderson as President. The motion was seconded by Payne and carried unanimously.

A motion by Anderson to elect Sarah Turner as Vice President. The motion was seconded by Harris and carried unanimously.

A motion by Anderson to elect Joan Whitehead as Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Harris and carried unanimously.

A motion by Anderson to elect Cynthia Payne as Secretary. The motion was seconded by Whitehead and carried unanimously.

A motion by Anderson to elect Aaron Harris as Director at Large. The motion was seconded by Payne and carried unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
