Architecture Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meets on the third Monday of each month.
The ARC was established in order to assure that the Property shall always be maintained in a manner:
- providing for visual harmony and soundness of repair;
- avoiding activities deleterious to the aesthetic or property values of the Property; and
- promoting the general welfare and safety of the Owners, such Owners’ tenants and such Owners’ (or tenants’) households, guests, employees, agents and invitees.
Any exterior modifications or additions to your home or property must first be reviewed and approved by the ARC. The design guidelines, exterior project requirements, application for modifications, and application instructions may be found in the FAQs & Forms section of this web site.
