RECONVENE 2016 ANNUAL MEETING

MINUTES

January 24, 2017

The meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Mehdi Kohanbani, President.  Board members in attendance were Jason Hall, Dave Kesick, Judson Weinsheimer and Muthu Arigovindan by phone.  Management was represented by Rebecca Brodkorb.

Quorum was achieved with 53 members present in person or by proxy.  Proof of Notice of Meeting was acknowledged.

A motion to approve the Annual Meeting Minutes from February 2, 2016 was seconded and carried unanimously.

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The purpose of the Annual Meeting was to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors (for a three year term).  Currently two (2) members were entered into the election by submitting their Candidate Statement prior to the Annual Meeting – Jason Hall and Judson Weinsheimer.  No other nominations were made.  A motion to elect both candidates by acclimation was seconded and carried unanimously.

A motion to adjourn at 6:35 p.m.
