August 2021 Board Meeting Minutes

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING 

Tuesday, August 17, 2021 

Zoom Meeting (due to COVID-19 Meeting Restrictions)

6:30 p.m.

AGENDA 

1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL (Proof of Quorum) PRESIDENT, Mehdi Kohanbani Called to order at 6:33 p.m.
2. COMMUNITY DISCUSSION PERIOD (3 Minutes per Speaker)

• Asked about when visitor spots will be labeled from the last meeting on Boxcar and Iron Horse.
• Asked about the dog swim event.
• Update on tree  trimming- most likely will be in Fall 2021 depending on budget.
• Gym passes and cleaning schedule.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA PRESIDENT, Mehdi Kohanbani- Motion to approve by Abby Glauberman, seconded by Mehdi Kohanbanie , and Approved Unanimously. 

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – June 30, 2021 BOD Mtg (Pages 3-4) PRESIDENT, Mehdi Kohanbani- Motion to approve by Abby Glauberman, seconded by Mehdi Kohanbanie , and Approved Unanimously.  
2. PRESENTATION: www.OnlineParkingPass.com – Rick has another meeting tonight and will be unable to present. Will hold a town hall soon to discuss details of the program.
3. COMMITTEE REPORTS 
4. Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – up-to-date.
5. Communications Committee –  up-to-date.
6. Parking Committee-  up-to-date- addressing visitor spaces on Boxcar and Iron Horse.
7. Shared Facilities Committee – Community cookout/pool party on 8/21 12pm-2pm and movie night at the pool the same evening for kids. Dog swim TBD.
