Questions:
Technology- RFID Tag – who provides the device to scan for the tag?- onlineparkingpass and roadrunner exchange.
How to get the RFID tag?- 1 open, 1 visitor tag- purchase online through onlineparkingpass.com.
Asked if there was a timeframe for open parking space parking?- register online for up to 72 hours at a time.

- Updated Deck Guidance on DSHOA.com – added composite material

- Discussed homeowner inspections
- Trash cans and other lawn items left outside of homes

- Comcast ran line moving modem into Sprinkler Room – Meeting for demo 7/1 for door system
- Parking Committee
- Visitor/Open Space Distribution along Box Car/ Iron Horse – add 4 visitor spots to equal 11 visitor and 18 open
- Shared Facilities Committee
- Update on Pool opening – opening 11am on 7/3- full opening; may extend season to end of September depending on the number of lifeguards.
- Update on Gym opening – clean and ready to go. Gym access will be a key fob on your phone. 24/7/365
VII. MANAGER’S REPORT Monica Burdock, Community Manager
- Financial Management
Review of Financial Statement – April (Pages 5-60) & May 2021 (Pages 61-116) – discussed differences between 2 budgets.
- Contract Services (Page 117) – additional tree trimming. Genesis- working on bid for erosion
- Update on Projects (Page 117)
- Milling/Paving & Concrete and additional speed-bumps
- Pool/Lifeguard Status
- Fitness Center Status
- New Clubhouse Entry System- confirming during demo how the access works to the gym vs. the main part of the clubhouse.
VIII. OLD BUSINESSÂ
- 2021 Inspections – Annual Inspections began April 26th. Second-round inspections are tentatively scheduled for July 6th. – discussed during committee reports.
- Fitness Center Rules – Discussion/Vote (Pages 118-119) – reviewed rules – Motion to approve by Mehdi Kohanbani, seconded by Abby Glauberman , and Approved Unanimously.Â
- Fitness Center Waiver – Discussion/Vote (Page 120) – Motion to approve by Mehdi Kohanbani, seconded by Abby Glauberman , and Approved Unanimously.Â
