BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL (Proof of Quorum) PRESIDENT, Mehdi Kohanbani
Called to order at 6:34 p.m.
- COMMUNITY DISCUSSION PERIOD (3 Minutes per Speaker)
Christina (resident)- Asked about Pool passes, Gym passes and letter in mail regarding 2021 Annual Maintenance Inspection. Asked about Clubhouse renovation status.
Gerry- Inquiring an update on security light facing homes on Baggett. Took photos of the person dumping in the creek.
III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA PRESIDENT, Mehdi Kohanbani
Motion to approve by Mehdi Kohanbani, seconded by Jamie Kolbe , and Approved Unanimously.

Motion to approve by Abby Glauberman, seconded by Jaime Kolbe, and Approved Unanimously.
- COMMITTEE REPORTS
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Up-to-date on everything on outstanding applications- everyone was approved.
- Communications Committee
Need to update on board members and current roles. Adding items to the calendar on our website and Facebook regarding community events and key dates.
- Parking Committee
- Resident feels like he is being “Stalked” as he has a guest weekly without state plates. 3 other residents had guests visiting and received a green sticker on their car saying “I know you live here.” Monica will be following up with the parking committee and guidance on warning verbiage. Since last meeting- 2 vehicles have been towed.
- Monica researched for guest parking passes – Guest Parking – Online Parking Pass.
- Shared Facilities Committee
- Pool and Gym opening soon.
- Tentative date- May 8th at 9am meet at clubhouse for community clean up day.
- Looking into outdoor community events.

- Financial Management
Review of Financial Statement – February & March 2021 Pages 6-69 & 70-126
- Contract Services
- Should be hearing from the tree trimming company this week to get an updated date to start the project.
- Update on Projects
- Discussed update on pool, gym and clubhouse status and COVID policies.
