Recycling Schedule Revised

There will be no recycling until Tuesday, January 8th.  Previous information from American Disposal is incorrect.  Recycling will not be collected on Saturday as previously stated.


American Disposal Recycling and Trash Winter Schedule

On Christmas (Tuesday December 25th), and New Years Day (Tuesday January 1st), trash and recycling services will not be provided. Recycling collection services will be made up on the following Saturday, December 29th, and January 5th respectively.  Crews will come through earlier than normal, so residents should put out bins the night before.  Trash will be picked up on the normal Friday schedule, Friday December 28th and January 4th.

Christmas trees will be collected the first two Wednesdays in January (2nd and 9th).  All tinsel and decorations should be removed.  Please do not place treas in plastic bags.


Annual Meeting Rescheduled

The scheduled annual meeting did not have quorum, or a sufficient portion of community members.  In order to conduct this meeting, including voting for two HOA Board of Directors members, thee needs to be 10% of the houses represented, either in person, or via proxy form.  Since there are 493 townhouses, there needed to be 50 houses in attendance, or in proxy.  At the annual meeting, there were only 37.

The Annual Meeting has been reschedule for December October 18th.  If you have not already done so, please plan on attending, or fill out a proxy form, and either mail it to Service First, or give it to a member of the Board of Directors, or a neighbor who will be attending the meeting.

Community Tree Work

Aspect Tree Service will be starting work on pruning trees around the community over the first couple weeks of December.  They will be replanting several trees, removing old limbs, reducing the canopy, raising the clearance above walking paths and such.
