Dominion Station Policy & Regulatory Resolutions
The Board of Directors is responsible for adopting, amending, and/or repealing the rules and regulations that govern the use and enjoyment of the community property. Any rules or regulations that need to be adopted, amended or repealed, are done so through Policy Resolution.
The following Policy Resolutions were passed by the Board of Directors.
- Policy Resolution No. 2004-07-16 was adopted in 2004 to establish the upkeep of lots.

- Policy & Administrative Resolution No. 7(A) was adopted in 2007 to recognize and establish the Dominion Station Neighborhood Watch.
