The rain has caused a delay in the road resealing project. The amended schedule is as follows:
On MONDAY, AUGUST 10TH, Baggett Terrace & Thompson Square will be closed for resealing.
On TUESDAY, AUGUST 11TH, Iron Horse Terrace & Box Car Square will be closed for resealing.
On WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12TH, Manning Square will be closed for resealing.
As outlined in the full schedule below, asphalt roadways in the community will be seal coated. This work will require the roadways be closed to traffic during the application and drying process for approximately 34 hours.
On the date of service, PLEASE RELOCATE YOUR VEHICLE TO AN ALTERNATIVE PARKING AREA BY 7:00 A.M. Alternative parking areas would be along Magnolia Road and Blossom Drive, and if applicable, your driveway/garage. You can leave your car in your garage and driveway, but remember the road cannot be used for 34 hours. A representative from Fairfax Excavation will open the lot the next day when the work is completed.
VEHICLES LEFT IN THE PARKING AREAS ON THE DATES NOTED ABOVE WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS SOLE RISK AND EXPENSE. THE DOMINION STATION HOA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO VEHICLES THAT ARE TOWED FROM THE SERVICE AREA.
Also, be aware that if your service day(s) fall on trash collection days, the trash will not be collected and it should not be placed out by the curb. Trash will be picked up on the following collection day. Mail will not be delivered as well on your service day(s) as there will be no access to the cluster boxes.
