Dominion Station

Developed by Winchester Homes in 1992, with units also built by Pulte Homes, Dominion Station is a neighborhood made up of 493 townhomes in Sterling, Virginia.

The community, located north of West Church Road and bisected by Magnolia Road, is comprised of the following streets: Baggett Terrace, Box Car Square, Golden Spike Terrace, Grand Central Square, Guilford Station Terrace, Hutchens Square, Iron Horse Terrace, Manning Square, Reading Terrace, Thompson Square, Trestle Terrace, and Whitcomb Square.

Community amenities include a pool, community center, tennis court, walking paths, and tot lots.

The Dominion Station Homeowners Association oversees the management, maintenance and preservation of the common areas and is run by a Board of Directors made up of community residents, who volunteer their time and are elected through a normal process established in Association Documents.
